iPhone Layout

My sister took this picture after she gave my little nephew her iPhone to watch a video and keep him out of trouble for a while so she could get something done, after awhile she noticed he had acquired a few buddies. We couldn't resist taking a picture, they looked so cute sitting there holding their dolls and watching so seriously.
I created this sketch using the October 24 sketch over at http://stuckonusketches.blogspot.ca/
Papers used are from a Heidi Grace pack, the iphone bear cutting files come from Paper Peicing by Nikki,
the circle cutting files comes from SVG cutting files, and the flourish is a sizzix die cut, the journal block is stamped using an Autumn leaves stamp, I added a few punched apples to my flourish for a final touch, there are still a few touch ups I want to do, like the journaling and I'm still not completely satisfied with the title.

Wedding card

I created this card for  a special aunt, I usually don't like putting 3D images on cards because of mailing bulk, but since this was a non-mailed gift I decided to take the plunge,
The card was cut using a SVG file from a beautiful lady over at "Monica's Creative Room", The rings are part of another SVG cute, not sure which one now, and the flowers are punched shapes I fashioned into a 3D rose, the sentiment I cut using my SCAL program and a free font.
I finished with punched branches for leaves, a sheer printed ribbon, and some other touches.

Card will be entered into the "Anything Goes" challenge over at http://www.creativecuttingchallenge.blogspot.ca/

Canada Layout

I'm proud of my Canadian heritage, so when we were asked to create a patriotic project over at Red Carpet Studio. here, I decided to create one from pictures of a past trip to the Peace Gardens, The Canadian flag garden was beautiful that year,
I had a difficult time creating this layout, I just couldn't find paper I liked for the background, so I decided to stamp some parts, and as I was putting it together I kept taking it apart, hating the way it looked, finally I decided I was running out of time and it'll be what it'll be and guess what? it came together nicely and I like the way it turned out. Isn't it weird when that happens?
Background paper is Doodlebug, Stamps are Autumn Leaves, the leaf background is a negative from a cutting project that I decided to save, glad I did, I used a Darcie leaf embossing folder behind it,
