Gift box and tag

I just love little boxes, I don`t know why but small containers always seem so cute, and I just love how adorable this little box turned out. It`s only about 2x2+ in size.
I used black `My Minds Eye`paper for the box, it has a raised diamond print, but you can`t see it on the picture, Recollections cardstock for the tag and flower and metallic poster board from the dollar store for the designs. The box is cut using a box shape in Cricut Design Space, the flourishes are cut from the `Storybook`Cartridge and the tag is cut from the `Lacy Labels`cartridge. The Lucky phrase is from the `Create a Critter` cartridge.
I created the little rose using my Fiskar heart punch and rolled the hearts into a rose shape,

Hand made Shamrock charm necklace

My niece turned 6 on the 10th, my family and I can`t make it to many of my 15 nieces and nephews birthday partys but we try to put together a little gift for each, usually they get it quite some time after the day, lol,
Yesterday I decided to sit down and create her a little something and this is what I came up with.....
I first used my Cricut Explore to draw the cover frame and her name on shinky dink plastic and cardstock, then cut around the outside, I colored both images with metallic markers and my Bic markers, shrunk the plastic with my heat gun, and added some 3D  paint to the name, hearts and shamrock on the piece, I then applied glitter on the back and sealed the whole piece with a clear sealer. I added a jump ring and attached it to a leather necklace with some beads,
Materials used: Cricut Cartridge- Storybook, Shinky Dinky Plastic, Recollections card-stock,  Markers, 3d paint in red, green an gold, beads, leather cord and findings.

Shamrock shaker card

My family and I don't really celebrate St. Patrick's day but I do love any shade of green as well as all things leafy and what's not to like about a cute shamrock? So each year I run into some crafty challenge that calls for a green, shamrock or st. Patrick day craft, and each year I end up creating one or two anyway,
I created this shaker card using my cricut and the Lazy Labels cartridge for the frame. I couldn't find a shamrock or even anything St. Patrick related in any of my 30+ cartridges, (Imagine that, lol) so I created one using the heart from that frame and the weld function in Design Space.
The background of this card is created using a blank white pager and blending 2 shades of Tim holtz distress inks together-green and brown, and distressing with a green glitter mist spray.
rest of the materials: DCWV glitter paper, Recollections cardstock, glass beads, green glitter, flower sequins, tiny gem stones, foam, clear protective film, inks and a clear phrase sticker.
